Ezra 7:10 1.  One who is properly PREPARED by the Word-"For Ezra..." 2.  One who is strategically POSITIONED for the Word-"...had set his heart..." 3.  One who systematically LEARNS the Word-"to study the law of the LORD..." 4.  One who persistently PRACTICES the Word-"...and to practice it..." 5.  One who faithfully PREACHES the Word-"and to teach His statutes and ordinances in Israel."
